15 Peaks

After more than 25 years growing premium wine grapes for several of Virginia’s most respected wineries, Andy and Megan Seibel launched 15 Peaks to mark the next chapter of their family farm in the Roanoke Valley.

Situated on limestone-rich slopes overlooking the Blue Ridge Parkway, and first planted in 2000, the vineyard has evolved over time with a focus on vinifera varietals suited to site and market. Longstanding relationships with winery partners have guided planting decisions, including a collaboration with a Champagne producer who helped select site and clone for a long-term sparkling program.

Established in 2023, 15 Peaks produces estate-grown wines that reflect the character of this distinctive mountain landscape. The portfolio includes mineral-driven whites, balanced reds, and traditional method sparkling, all crafted to express site and structure.

Winemaking is led in collaboration with Michael Shaps and the team at Michael Shaps Wineworks, bringing together deep regional growing experience with proven winemaking expertise.
