Jump Mountain Vineyard is a small family-owned vineyard and winery, which produces award-winning wines from grapes grown on the property or at nearby farms in Rockbridge County. The vineyard is located in the Shenandoah AVA halfway between Staunton and Lexington.

Co-owners Mary Hughes and David Vermillion are both involved with all aspects of the business from growing the grapes to making and marketing the wines they produce. David's primary responsibility is managing the vineyard while Mary is more focused on the winery and winemaking.
