Virginia Spirits
The Virginia Spirits Board was established in 2020 by enactment of the Virginia General Assembly. The purpose of the Board is to foster the development of the Virginia spirits industry by expanding spirits research, increasing education and promoting the production of ingredients necessary for alcohol distillation and the production of spirits in the commonwealth. In 2025 the Board embarked on a program to create a commemorative bottle set to help Virginia celebrate America's 250th anniversary. The resulting trio pack was a collaboration between 9 distilleries across the state and includes limited productions of three historically important spirits: gin, whiskey and rum.
